Kieran Daly

Kieran is retired now after a long career in financial services. He has been a supporter of Reach since 1996 when he volunteered to help with fundraising. About this long association he says: "To be actively involved with an organisation that encourages wider participation in the arts would be reward enough, to be part of Reach takes it to a whole new level. I marvel at the creativity and commitment of the Reach artists and look forward enthusiastically to each new season . What has been most rewarding personally is the significant increase over the years in the number of disabled clients actively participating in a wide range of arts activities".  Kieran is a Trustee of MusicSpace which is a National music therapy charity and he is a member of the steering group of Swindon Employees in the Community. 

Kay Malko

Kay Malko works as a free-lance Disability Equality Trainer, in a cooperative with three colleagues. The cooperative works to the Social Model of Disability and towards a fully inclusive society that values diversity.

Kay has a background of working with the United Nations Agencies (The Food and Agricultural Organisation and UNICEF) and the British Council overseas, and with Social Services in Wiltshire.

Mark Smart

Mark Smart worked as an artist and workshop facilitator for many years. Marks initial involvement with REACH was running workshops for them and helping with sets for Partners. He now works as a site manager for a local developer and housing association.

Mark has recently taken the position of Chair of the management committee

Jill Sharp

Jill teaches creative writing for the OU and the WEA and also tutors excluded teenagers. She writes poetry, articles and reviews and her book Written in Stone was published by English Heritage.

Jill has worked as a volunteer with a number of different charities, including serving as a primary school governor, and she has three grown-up children and two grandchildren. In spare moments, she likes to walk on the Ridgeway.

Victoria Slatter

My first involvement with Reach was 2003 just as a Graphic Design graduate looking to help out with the odd stuff. Since Graphic Designing for a little while on various projects I became more involved with Reach Inclusive Arts earning the great position of becoming a Trustee. Have enjoyed animation and other such activities.

Victoria is Vice Chair of the management committee.
